Title Insurance

Owners and Loan Policies insured by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Abstracts

All continuations and consolidations of abstracts as well as building of 60 year Abstracts and Master Abstracts for plats.

60 year abstracts and continuations are made in conformity with the Abstracting Standards adopted by the State Bar Association of Wisconsin, April 26th, 1974, and the Eau Claire County Bar Association, May 21, 1974.

Letter Reports

These reports show the last deed of record as well as any mortgages, UCC*s that attach to real estate, judgments or liens and the current status of real estate taxes. Other items shown are easements of record, if any, probate proceedings and any other matters affecting the chain of title.

Judgment and Lien Searches

Searches are made in conjunction with all the above searches and as well as by itself as a JUDGMENT AND LIEN SEARCH. The search consists of Federal Tax Liens during the past 10 years and 30 days. Construction or Material Liens during the past 2 years. Wisconsin Delinquent Income Tax Warrants docketed after July 31, 1981. Judgments, Small Claim Judgments, Transcripts of Judgments docketed within the past 10 years and Child Support Liens and Federal Judgments filed within the last 20 years.
